Do you make petite and plus-size outfits?
Yes, we make outfits for each and every body shape and size, and your size is personal to you.
Every piece is tailor-made and put into processing only after the order is placed - so it's completely as per your size and style!
Do you charge extra for plus size outfits?
What? Why? It is extremely unfair to charge someone extra just because their size or body shape is different - and we would never do something like that.

What is the Virtual Tailor? How does it work?
Our Virtual Tailor is an extremely smart A. I. enabled technology that accurately captures 70+ of your measurements using just 2 photos in just 2 mins, at the convenience of your home!
And it's wayyyy less demanding and wayyy smarter than your usual tailor, trust us! All it asks for you to do is:
Wear snug, form-fitting, body-hugging clothes that properly show your body contour (camisole and leggings work best), because your pics are used as a base while calculating measurements
Follow the instructions in the link, input your height, and weight and just click 2 pictures as instructed! That's it!
P.S. It is pretty decent & safe, none of your photos are saved ANYWHERE during the process. They're destroyed THE MOMENT THEY'RE PROCESSED.
P.P.S. The Virtual Tailor is really smart - it'll immediately throw an error if you wear loose clothes, don't stand in the proper pose or don't click pictures properly. So make sure you follow the instructions properly & don't cheat! :P
Can I try the Virtual Tailor even before placing the order?
Since it is a limited access technology available for the first time in India, it is available only for our paid customers and #SizeYOU Club members.
In case you want to try it before placing the order, you must join the #SizeYOU Club to get free Virtual Tailor access and many more benefits that come along with it.
How can I be sure that it is safe? Are pictures saved anywhere?
The Virtual Tailor is covered by the U.S. data privacy laws which clearly restrict saving photos of such kind anywhere.
All the photos are destroyed the moment they're processed, so they are not saved ANYWHERE at all. We promise, you don't have to worry about that :)

Do I need to download any app to get measured using the Virtual Tailor?
No, none. Just click on the link or scan the QR code through your phone. It will open in your browser, and you can proceed from there itself. P.S. It can only be accessed through your phone.
Can I wear a t-shirt and jeans while getting scanned? How should I be dressed when a Virtual Tailor takes the photos?
Sure, anything works as long as they're form-fitting & body hugging so that your body contour is captured properly. However, camisoles and leggings work best!
Why do I need to answer these questions while getting measured?
Our A.I. enabled Virtual Tailor calculates measurements using your body contour captured from the photos, in ratio with the height and weight you enter, to get you the accurate measurements.
What kind of pictures are captured? How should I stand while the photos are being clicked?
Once you initiate the measuring process, our Virtual Tailor will instruct you to click 2 photos -
1 front photo - with feet 15 cm apart & palms 15 cm away from the body on both sides (that's just about the length of a pencil, not more)
1 side photo - with back straight, feet together and hands on the side of the hips
That's it! Nothing more is needed
However, if it throws an error due to wrong posture or loose clothing, you might have to re-do either one or both photos, depending on the error
Hence, please make sure the instructions are followed properly
Do I need to open the camera app to click pictures separately?
No, you don't need to do anything extra
Just click on the link or scan the QR code, and give camera and audio access to it. The rest will be taken care of by our Virtual Tailor.
Can I upload existing pictures from my phone?
No, as the photos need to be clicked after following proper instructions as given by our Virtual Tailor through the measuring interface, existing photos cannot be used for the same.
I am alone. Can I still get measured using the front camera?
Yes, of-course! We're all about independence after all
Our Virtual Tailor has 2 modes - Friend mode & Hands-free mode
In case you're doing it yourself, you can use the hands-free mode that uses the front camera
In case you have someone to help you with it, use the friend mode to click photos using the back-camera
I don't have a plain background at home. What do I do?
No worries. You don't need a plain background at all. Our Virtual Tailor is smart enough to differentiate between you and the background :D
Just make sure you wear contrast clothes, and don't try to confuse it wearing the same colors as the background :P
I finished the scanning procedure. It is showing me some errors at the end and asking me to re-scan, what do I do?
Yes, click on re-scan and take those particular photos again.
Please exactly note what is the reason of the error, and take care of it when you re-scan. Please make sure it does not show an error in the end when it shows the measurements.
Your measurements will be perfect IF AND ONLY IF you follow the instructions properly.
We take no responsibility for incorrect measurements captured due to any mistake in following the instructions as given.
I got measured using the Virtual Tailor, but the measurements look incorrect. What do I do now?
If you've checked your measurements recently using a tape and our Virtual Tailor is not showing similar measurements, don't worry, just drop us an e-mail on care@jaey.in explaining the same, and we will take it ahead from there

Can I see my measurements? Are they saved anywhere so that I can check them again later?
Yes, your key measurements will get saved in your profile within 24 hours of you getting measured, so you can directly check them in your profile on the website.
It's not working properly on my phone. What should I do?
In rare cases, there might be some compatibility issues with some older versions of phones, so try forwarding the mail to someone else's phone and try from there. Do I need to pay anything extra for the customizations?
We only charge you extra if we incur extra fabric costs at our end. Hence, only some customizations involving more fabric to be used are chargeable. Everything else is completely free of cost.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before completing your style profile, whichever is earlier. To cancel, Whatsapp us on +91 9321592405 or e-mail us at orders@jaey.in and we'll cancel it our end and refund the amount to you in your bank account within 3-4 working days.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking link on Whatsapp and e-mail once you place the order. In any case, you can go to your profile and click on “Orders” to track your order!
Are delivery charges levied additionally?
We offer free delivery pan India on all products. We do not charge anything over and above the price shown to you on the website.

Are there any hidden charges while checking out?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you order from Jaey. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.
Why have I not received my order confirmation e-mail?
Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address & Whatsapp number linked to your Jaey account, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder or the promotions tab. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you can check it out in the orders section in your profile on our website. If the order you placed does not appear, the order was not successfully confirmed. In this case, please call or Whatsapp us on +91 9321592405 or email us on care@jaey.in.

When will you ship my order?
We provide one of the fastest tailor-made services in India and the orders are shipped within 3 days of placing the order or getting your measurements, whichever is later.
How long will you take to deliver my order?
We only take 7-10 days to deliver your outfits at your doorstep!
In unusual circumstances where the order is delayed for some reason, we will send timely notifications to you to keep you updated!

How do I change my delivery address?

How can I track my order?

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Firstly, many apologies for the trouble. We understand that there can be some technical glitches, and we are here to help you out with your concerns. Please call or Whatsapp us on +91 9321592405 or mail us at care@jaey.in with your error message, and we will resolve the issue ASAP.
How can I trust that my credit/debit card transaction is safe?
Shopping with Jaey is completely safe. All payments are routed through our payment partner Razorpay which is completely secure.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Since all our outfits are tailor-made for you, we do not provide cash on delivery services. All orders are prepaid, through multiple online modes as listed during check out, including but not limited to debit/ credit cards, wallets, UPI, net banking.
Return & Exchange Policy for Standard Sizes (XXS - 6XL)
All standard-size (XXS to 6XL) purchases (without customizations) are eligible for no- questions-asked returns & exchanges.
Please make sure you check the size chart properly before buying. If you're not sure of the size, or if you're in between sizes, we highly recommend you to opt for SizeYOU that is tailor-made to your measurements, to ensure the best fit.
In case you opt for any customization for eg. sleeves, length etc., the product will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
You need to notify us within 3 days of delivery for your return or exchange request by emailing us at care@jaey.in or Whatsapp on +919321592405 with your order ID and other details.
Sending us a parcel opening video is mandatory to opt for any kind of returns or exchanges. We will not be able to process the return/exchange if we don't receive the video as a proof.
Once the return / alteration request is approved, please courier the product back to us. Please take a video of the outfit and the packaging while sending it back. Jaey will not be responsible for any damage to the outfit in transit.
Please share the courier receipt with us when you ship it back. We will reimburse the return courier charges upto Rs. 100 to you.
Please make sure the product is unworn, not altered, not washed and all tags are intact to pass the quality check. In case the quality check fails, the same product will be shipped back to you, and the delivery charges need to be borne by you in that case.
On completing the quality check at our end, if everything's fine, in case of returns, we'll initiate a full refund back to your bank account within 48 - 72 hrs of receiving the product back. In case of exchanges, our first priority will be to deliver the correct product back to you. In case for any reason we're unable to do that, we'll initiate a full refund back to your bank account within 48 - 72 hrs of receiving the product back.
Alteration Policy for SizeYOU (tailor-made for you)
If you've purchased SizeYOU and you are not satisfied with the fit, don't worry. We offer one alteration request for every order.
However, in case you've received a damaged / defective / wrong product, it will be eligible for a return or an exchange, on conditions as mentioned in the above policy for standard sizes. Please follow the terms & process in the above policy to enable us to process the same.
You need to notify us within 3 days of delivery for your alteration request by emailing us at care@jaey.in or Whatsapp on +919321592405 with your order ID and other details.
To opt for alterations, it is mandatory for you to send us clear pictures of you wearing the outfit (your face needs to be hidden), and share clear details of where exactly is the fit wrong and by how many inches. We will not be able to process the alterations if we don't receive the pictures and clear details of the issue.
In case of a huge fit mismatch, we might even completely replace the outfit for you, on a case-to-case basis. Jaey's management has the sole discretion to take the call on whether to alter or replace the outfit.
Once the alteration is approved, please courier the product back to us. Please take a video of the outfit and the packaging while sending it back. Jaey will not be responsible for any damage to the outfit in transit.
Please share the courier receipt with us when you ship it back. We will reimburse the return courier charges upto Rs. 100 to you.
Please make sure the product is unworn, not altered, not washed and all tags are intact to pass the quality check. In case the quality check fails, the same product will be shipped back to you, and the delivery charges need to be borne by you in that case.
On completing the quality check at our end, if everything's fine, we'll alter your outfit and ship it back to you within 3-4 days. We might ask you any additional details that we need to process the alterations, so request you to please co-operate with us on the same.
This whole process can take upto 15-20 days. In any case, the product needs to be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. In case of very minute fixes, we recommend that you take care of it at your end itself.
